Once the retreat activities were chosen for our Peru adventure, Rebecca handled all the research and itinerary planning with a mindful and grounded approach. She went through all possible scenarios and details to ensure the flow and support were in place for our group. She brought forward several wonderful suggestions for alterations that could improve the retreat in some way or our budget and she always had the research done and ‘what ifs ‘ thought through before presenting the facts and her honest opinion.
I always felt there was room for us, as Facilitators, to make the final decision on any idea on the table and I trusted her input and integrity greatly. I believe that her many personal and professional experiences in Peru have given her a leading edge to chart this type of experience for anyone. The guides and accommodations were beyond amazing! It was so helpful having her on hand during the whole retreat. She was genuine in her caring about the quality of experience each participant had. I was not surprised but honestly delighted that there were no problems during our retreat in Peru.
I know from experience that Rebecca has an immense ability to navigate any situation that arises with grace and confidence to find the best outcome. Even a difficult situation is full of gratitude and fun with her. Brad and I are excited to continue co creating retreats with Rebecca! We have her booked for Hawaii and Peru in 2012 and we are hoping for many more in the coming years.
